Waivers & Forms – What You Need to Know
 

Riders / Participants
Before signing on, you must complete two forms:

1. Participant Waiver

2. Self-Scrutineering Form

 

All Participants, Spectators & Volunteers

• Waiver links will be emailed to registered attendees. Otherwise, scan the QR codes at the venue.

• Forms must only be completed on race day. Only electronic versions accepted.

• A wristband will be issued once your form is verified — everyone on site must wear one.
