CULTURE
No Egos
No room for arrogance here! Our welcoming community is all about making real connections with other riders who share the same values and respect one another. So come join us – egos need not apply.
No Bad Attitudes
Looking for a good-natured challenge? You’re in the right place – but if you want something extra intense, this might not be your cup of tea. Join us and show off those competitive chops while still having fun.
The One-Chance Rule
We’re a no-nonsense, one-and-done kind of crew. We don’t mess around when it comes to people who are on our team; succeeding in this series is all about making the right choices with whom you surround yourself. So if someone isn’t living up to those standards, they won’t get more than that single opportunity – then it’s time for them to hit the road.
Sportsmanship
Hard Enduro is not just a physical challenge, it’s an emotional one as well. It takes grit and determination to endure this extreme sport – if you can complete even one lap around the course, you deserve a hearty pat on the back! Plus your friends will be celebrating with beers all around. Good sportsmanship is key here – so don’t sign up unless that’s something you’re down for.
Honesty, Integrity & Kindness
Being part of the WHES crew isn’t just about having a good time — it’s also about keeping each other accountable. We know that honesty and integrity are key for everyone to feel safe, secure, and supported in our community. Sure, we like some friendly banter over here from time to time but if you’re struggling with positivity then maybe this doesn’t sound quite right for you.
OUR CREW
The WHES crew is a dedicated bunch, volunteer-driven and selfless. From the track wizards to our creative designers – all lending their special skills and talents so we can put smiles on riders’ faces! We don’t expect anything in return other than an enjoyable experience for everyone involved…maybe with some painful tears sprinkled here & there
