About the event
Come Along & Help Shape the Future of WHES
Our AGM is a chance to look back on the 2026 season, celebrate our successes, talk about where we can improve and have your say on where WHES goes next.
We’ll give a quick overview of the year, including how the club is tracking financially, before electing the 2027 Management Committee, voting on any club matters and opening the floor for members to have their say.
There’s absolutely no obligation to join the Management Committee, we’d simply love to have your support in the room. The more members who attend, share their thoughts and join the conversation, the stronger WHES can be.
And as a little thank you for coming along, everyone who attends will go into the draw for our AGM door prize, a 2027 WHES Membership + WHES Merchandise Prize Pack!
📍 Meeting location: Upstairs in the Swan Room
